1 Program Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment in Shishyakulam academic batches (NEET, JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, and Foundation) is subject to the student fulfilling educational eligibility criteria and passing our initial diagnostic assessment or Shishyakulam Talent Search Exam (STSE).

• All information submitted during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Admission confirmation is valid only upon receipt of official admission letter and token tuition fee receipt.

2 Fee Schedules & Payment Transparency

Shishyakulam maintains 100% transparent fee structures with zero hidden operational levies:

• Digital Academy (Online): Starting at ₹18,000 / year (includes live classes, recorded vault, and test series).
• Offline Coaching Campus: Starting at ₹65,000 / year (includes classroom lectures, study materials, and doubt clinics).
• Residential Campus: Starting at ₹1,70,000 / year (includes AC accommodation, 4 nutritious meals, 24/7 academic library access, and infirmary support).
• Fees must be settled as per agreed installment schedules. Flexible no-cost EMI options are facilitated via authorized banking partners.

3 Campus Code of Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Anti-Ragging Policy

Maintaining a safe, healthy, and focused academic environment is paramount at all our residential and offline campus centers:

• Anti-Ragging Compliance: We enforce a strict ZERO-TOLERANCE anti-ragging and anti-bullying policy in accordance with Supreme Court and UGC directives. Immediate expulsion and legal action will result from any violation.
• Hostel & Campus Discipline: Students must adhere to curfew timings, biometric entry protocols, and respect fellow students, faculty, and campus staff.
• Device & Internet Guidelines: Smartphone usage in residential hostels is regulated during designated study hours to foster deep focus.

4 Intellectual Property & Study Material Usage

All curriculum books, DPP modules, lecture video streams, AI diagnostic reports, and test papers are the exclusive intellectual property of Shishyakulam Education Ecosystem:

• Content is licensed solely for the personal academic use of the enrolled student.
• Screen recording, re-broadcasting, commercial re-selling, or unauthorized digital distribution of lecture materials is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act.

5 Attendance & Assessment Requirements

Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 85% attendance across scheduled lectures and attend all weekly All-India minor and major test series. Continuous unexcused absences will trigger parent notifications and counseling intervention.

6 Institutional Contact & Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur/Sikar, Rajasthan.
